Bio:
Paige’s life changed in 2008 when the phrase Love Ignites Peace came to her unexpectedly. What began as a single moment of insight has grown into her life’s mission: empowering others to put love into action and create peace in their daily lives and in the world.

As the visionary voice behind Love Ignites Peace: Our Next Evolution and The Companion Journal, Paige brings a unique blend of heart and clarity to her work. Part teacher and part strategist, she writes, teaches, and speaks with the intention of making love an everyday action, guiding people to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and embody peace in daily interactions.

At her core, Paige believes peace is not just possible—it’s accessible. Her work provides a roadmap for creating lives, relationships, and communities rooted in love.

Welcome, Paige. Please tell us about your current release.
Love Ignites Peace: Our Next Evolution is more than a book; it is a movement. Love has the power to reshape our world into something far better. Division, fear, and conflict, the qualities associated with not love, have had their chance, and they do not work. Real change begins within. This book shows you how to embody love rather than chase it, breaking free of the beliefs and patterns that keep you trapped in fear and old drama. Through Love’s 6 Actions, you will discover a practical path to deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, especially the one with yourself, and a ripple effect that can transform not only your life but also our shared human future.

Like a single candle lighting thousands without ever losing its flame, your words and actions hold the power to spread endlessly. Choose love. Ignite Peace.

What inspired you to write this book?
It was a pristine July morning, the sapphire sky mirrored in the still waters below, pine trees standing sentinel around the lake. Birds sang, fish leapt, and I sat in the midst of it all, awash in gratitude. As I lifted my eyes from the book I was reading and breathed in the quiet, three words arrived out of nowhere: Love Ignites Peace.

In an instant, they imprinted themselves on my mind and into my very being. The truth of the phrase was undeniable, yet its meaning remained a mystery. Several years later, I chose to make those words my guiding mantra. I realized I needed to become love rather than seek it. The framework for Love’s 6 Actions emerged from my own life experiences as I traveled this never-ending road of unconditional love.

That nanosecond of revelation gave me my life’s purpose — to share this message and its many nuances with others. It has been 18 years since I first received those three simple words. The world has always known its share of chaos, but now more than ever, this message is needed.

Love Ignites Peace offers a new paradigm. It does not attempt to solve our problems from the same energy that created them, but points us toward a new direction — one that helps us create the lives and the world our hearts most desire. It is a map, a formula, a setting for our inner GPS to build something better, not just for some, but for all.

Excerpt from Love Ignites Peace: Our Next Evolution:
Love, not a specific set of beliefs, is the glue that unites everyone in our collective human experience. Love Ignites Peace is not associated with any religion, but this story kept coming to mind as I was writing this section. As Jesus was hanging from the cross, he famously said, “Forgive them for they know not what they do.” He was offering those who hurt him and others forgiveness, because he understood the human experience. We are all responsible for our own actions and our soul’s growth, but the ability to take responsibility lies in a person’s self-awareness. We are all at different places on our self-awareness journey. If you are reading this book, then self-awareness is something you are exploring. Not everyone is as self-aware as you are. They don’t understand the complexities of the human experience, empowered by their soul’s choices, nor have they taken the time to discern the whys of their feelings and behaviors. They will get there when we allow them to find their way, in their own timing. In the meantime, we can offer them forgiveness because we understand.

What exciting project are you working on next?
The book and its Companion Journal were released in May, and while the inspiration for my next book is just beginning to take shape, several other projects are already in motion (see below for more on that). I am honored that the book recently received the International Impact Book Award in the Self-Help, Emotional Resilience, and Healing category.

When did you first consider yourself a writer?
Brutal honesty here: I hadn’t written anything significant since a college term paper when I decided I wanted to become a better writer. Determined, I hired a writing coach and began putting my thoughts to paper. Her guidance helped me shape my ideas with more texture and color, and over time I discovered a voice I didn’t know I had. Writing my first book was the turning point. Until then, I had never thought of myself as a writer, but as the words flowed from my mind through my fingers, I fell in love with the process. That experience also showed me how important quality is, especially as a non-fiction writer. More than anything, I want my readers not only to connect with the stories, but to see themselves reflected in the narratives. It was in that process of finding my voice and watching readers resonate with the book that I finally considered myself a writer.

Do you write full-time? If so, what’s your workday like? If not, what do you do other than write and how do you find time to write?
My daughter and I partner in Love Ignites Peace, LLC, an organization dedicated to helping people put love into action and create peace in their lives and in the world. Together, we host the podcast Love Ignites Peace #Bathtub Chats, we are preparing to launch an online course on the Six Conflict Styles, and we are stepping into the world of public speaking. This is an exciting season of growth and sharing for us both.

What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?
I never write at my desk. In the winter, you’ll find me curled up in my red chair, lap desk in place, feet propped on whatever piece of furniture is closest, while the sunshine and trees keep me company. Come summer, I relocate to my “outside office,” a chair on the back deck, where words flow as easily as the breeze.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
As a child, I thought I wanted to be a radio or television broadcaster. Looking back, I’m grateful I didn’t take that path. Watching the news is a big challenge for me, and I can’t imagine reporting on it five days a week. My heart was always meant to share stories of hope, not headlines of unceasing hardship.

Anything additional you want to share with the readers?
At the heart of everything I write, speak, and share is a simple truth: love is the free energy source that has the power to change everything. When we choose love, in the way we speak to ourselves, in the way we treat others, and in the way we meet the challenges of the world, something shifts. Peace does not have to feel like an unreachable dream; it begins within us, in small, everyday actions. My hope is that Love Ignites Peace: Our Next Evolution and The Companion Journal serve as companions on your journey, reminding you that you already carry within you the spark to create more peace, joy, and connection in your life. Choose love. Ignite peace.
