Bio:
Alexis is a military engineer, a father of two and well… now author!
“I wanted to create a book about motocross for my son, Hudson, who is the star of the story in my book and also for all the little two wheel enthusiasts out there!”
“Fox Racing, who is a leading brand in the clothing/apparel moto and MTB industry agreed to be featured in my book! How cool is that !”
I am planning to create 2 more books in that same genre in the near future.
Cheers!
Welcome, Alexis. What do you enjoy most about writing short stories/children’s books/novellas?
I wrote this book for my son who is the main character in it. The idea of making a book so he could have his own is awesome and that’s what I enjoy about the whole thing.
Excerpt:
What exciting story are you working on next?
I am planning to produce 2 more books in the same genre for the children’s who have an interest in the sport.
When did you first consider yourself a writer?
I consider myself more as a creator and visionary more than a writer.
How do you research markets for your work, perhaps as some advice for writers?
When I decided to create this book, I did not look at other similar books already in the market. I wanted to make it my own and personalized for my son.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a doctor and a snowboarding slopestyle champion.
