Welcome, Krystal. Please tell us about your current release.
What is your worst fear to be a follower or a leader? For most people it is easy to be a follower, but it takes special courage, character, and confidence to become an extraordinary leader, especially one to Lead Millions!

What inspired you to write this book?
The series called “Preparing to Lead” aired on Facebook live for sixteen weeks. My followers increased and there was great participation. Once the series was complete, God began dealing with me about authoring a book from the series. I argued with God. I was not leading millions and could not imagine how it would be possible. He gave me the name of the book and I knew my life would change forever. I took my series and transcribed it from my recorded lives. “Made to Lead Millions” became a 12-chapter book. This book incorporated thirty years of working experience in corporate America as well as the characteristics of the amazing leadership abilities of Moses, Aaron, Pharoah and God.
Excerpt from Chapter 1 Made to Lead Millions:
You see, the purpose of every great leader is to succeed. Great leaders influence, draw, empower, build, train, and reproduce a reflection of themselves in their employees, trainees, and mentees. Work gives life, vision, power, purpose, fulfillment, strength, know-ledge, status, money, and worth. But it is the development of these in your life, working along with your purpose, that will propel you to become a great leader.
It is my desire, if you are in your developmental stage as a leader, that these lessons in this book will assist you in growing into a powerful, confident leader who also is not afraid to develop and grow others along their journey. What exciting story are you working on next?
I am campaigning for people who have suffered loss, hurt, abuse, humiliation, being demeaned, oppressed, or silenced? It’s time for their comeback! Below is the description of my online course, which will lead to an anthology, community, and success stories!
My comebacks include infertility, breast cancer, being stalked, sexual assault and domestic violence. Remaining silent is no longer an option for me and I can honestly say, I am not a silent survivor.
I am campaigning for you! A campaign means to organize a course or strategy of action to motivate, inspire, or push a candidate toward their goals, passion, and purpose. When did you first consider yourself a writer?
In 2013, I wrote my first self-help bible study book in thirty days. I was frustrated with the bible studies that our church was purchasing for our women’s group at Power of the Gospel Ministries. I authored several books after that but never published anything else, until now in 2021!
What do you do other than write and how do you find time to write?
I am an accountant. I write or speak into my voice memos on my iPhone. I have written several projects that need editing. I am optimistic about what 2022 releases!
What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?
I teach in all of my writings.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A teacher, model, actress, and talk show host.
Anything additional you want to share with the readers?
People and circumstances have silenced me in the past, however my writings have released my voice forever!
