The need for awareness about holistic health and wellness stimulated the idea. Through the journey of my own life, and the connection with others. My commitment to the industry and dedication to the study, research, education and allowing my credentials be a attitude of servitude evolved into a book.
Informative education on how our body functions internally, or what creates you to feel weight concerns, depleted of energy and lack mental fortitude, or why you may want to know what causes sickness, illness, disease and how aging begins?
I give a clear, simple, holistic, insight, pure connection of articulation on how we have been given all that we need in order for Whole Body Wellness with Ease.
What inspired you to write this book?
Devine Opportunity, Personal and Other Individuals Story. I wanted to create a simple resource, tool, and guide for individuals to understand that being healthy and staying healthy is Whole Body Wellness with Ease. Growing in all aspects of your life.
Excerpt from Wellness of Life: Whole Body Wellness with Ease:
God is Faithful and during opposition and opportunity in our lives the Universe is asking…
Are you ready to grow? We have many choices, I made a decision to say YES! And I Trusted God.
Everything with Love.
What exciting story are you working on next?
Communication – I’m in the process of free writing and research.

When people complimented me on my writing. Also, officially during my first edit.
Do you write full-time? If so, what’s your work day like? If not, what do you do other than write and how do you find time to write?
Not full time. I own my own clinic. I am holistic practitioner. I write during research, after clinic schedule and journaling.

I text myself when I have moments of creativity.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Anything additional you want to share with the readers?
Through reading this book, a connection to the information and internal questions provided will help you self-assess, write, see your answers, and by the end of this book you will hopefully and faithfully move forward in creating an individualized strategy through wellness coaching to Live Wellness “of” Life. Over 15 years. Ago. I chose to use the word “of” because it means to “be it,”… “for” is to “support it” and “to” is to “motion to approach it.” Let’s be it!
